affect on the whole. When one person becomes aware of what they were unable to see in themselves, and has somebody to hold the space of compassion and allowance, they become more aware of what they were unable to see in the whole. With
a new clarity, comes a greater ability to see where channels of communication and productivity are blocked. Once there is a freer flow of allowance, the need for oppression is reduced. Not only does this decrease discrimination and
harassment in the workplace, it increases an organization’s moral and efficiency.
